What else do I need to do in order to receive my magazines?
1. Make sure the address on your subscription is correct. If not, please correct it using the link in the Welcome email.
2. If you didn’t receive the welcome email, send us a facebook message (bottom-right-corner of this page) with the email address on the subscription, and the email address we should re-send it to.
3. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the present moment, as your magazines set out on their adventures across the land (and maybe sea!), as they make their way to your door 😃
When will my magazines arrive?
Please make sure that the mailing address in your subscription is correct. If not, please correct it via the link at the bottom of the Welcome email.
If you’re in the US, you should receive your first copy within 2-5 weeks 😃 The USPS has a bit hit-and-miss over the past few months; sometimes it arrives in under a week, and sometimes it can take up to a month!
If you’re in Canada or the UK, you should receive your first copy within 3-6 weeks 😃 It usually takes an extra week or two to go through customs processing at the border.
If you’re in any other country, please allow up to 4-9 weeks for shipping. It really depends on the country. Australia/NZ tends to take longer. The longest we’ve heard was 11 weeks to Australia, during a time when there were massive storms on the Pacific that delayed the ships 🌊 🚢 but most of the time it arrives much faster than that 🙏
If your first issue has not arrived within the normal time period, please send us a FB message and we will send again.
Going forward: You’ll receive your free back issue, and then our Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter 2022 issues after that. If you love our magazine and stick around for 2023, you will receive issues on the spring & autumn equinoxes, and on the winter & summer solstices as well!

How can I access my account?
Your login info (username, password, login link, etc) are all in the Welcome email!
Do I need to manually renew my subscription every year?
No, the subscription is set to auto-renew by default (yearly, on your subscription date).
You can turn off auto-renewals at any time. Just log into your account (using the login info in the Welcome email), click on the “Subscriptions” tab, click on the subscription, and click “Cancel.” This will set your subscription to “pending-cancellation” status
We don’t yet have a system in place to remind people to renew their subscriptions manually, so if you do turn off the auto-renew, please put a reminder in your calendar to re-enable it if you wish to 😃
