The easiest and fastest way to contact us is via Facebook Messenger. We have notifications from that inbox alerting us of new messages day and night, so we aim to respond within a few minutes (sometimes it takes a few hours if we’re sleeping).
The second-best way to contact us is via email at [email protected]. We don’t get notifications on our phones from this inbox as we receive a large volume of mail there, so it may take a few hours/days to receive a response.
The third-best way to contact us is by text message, at 646-813-5179. You can also call but we are not always available to answer the phone, and we are able to respond to text messages much faster than voicemail messages.
